Design Donuts Shipping Policy

At Design Donuts, we know you can’t wait to transform your space with your new wall art. That’s why we prioritize speed, safe packaging, and reliable delivery for every single order.

1. Rapid 24-Hour Dispatch

We value your time. All posters and frames undergo a final quality check and are packaged securely to be handed over to our courier partners within 24 hours of order placement.

Exceptions: We do not ship on Sundays or Public Holidays. Orders placed on these days will be dispatched on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods (Air & Surface)

To ensure your wall art reaches you as quickly and safely as possible:

Air Shipping: We ship via Air by default for all eligible pin codes to ensure the fastest delivery.
Surface Shipping: In cases where Air shipping is restricted due to frame sizes, volume, or location, we ship via Surface using heavy-duty protective packaging.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, your order typically arrives within:

Metro Cities: 2–4 business days (via Air)
Rest of India: 4–7 business days (via Air/Surface)
Remote Regions: Please note that Surface shipping to the North East, J&K, or deep rural areas can take 10+ business days depending on courier accessibility and local conditions.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Fees

We offer the convenience of Cash on Delivery. However, because our courier partners charge an additional handling fee for this service, a flat ₹50 COD fee applies to all Cash on Delivery orders.

5. Tracking Your Art

As soon as your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to your email or phone number via SMS. You can monitor your package’s journey in real-time right to your doorstep.
